 2. Relax and exercise : In some cases, laziness comes from fatigue and energy loss. It is possible to give some rest for yourself, but do not continue to be lazy and ineffective. Get a little sleep and exercise to get back to normal.

3. Think of the benefits of work: What you are doing is to think of it as an unprofessional action. Avoid any difficulties or obstacles that can hinder your mind until you go to laziness. Think of the positive aspects of what you are doing and you will continue to be motivated.

4. Think of yourself wanting to be something: The objective people do something without being lazy. To accomplish what you want and know what you want to be, you can encourage yourself to die from that word Lazy.

5. From the consequences of laziness: Think about what happens if you let yourself be lazy and do not do the job. After thinking and starting to do it, you'll do it with no more laziness.

6. Do not do multiple things at the same time: Focus on one thing to finish successfully before starting another. When you have a lot of work, you will feel "overwhelmed" and then get lazy.

7. Tell yourself what to do: Always remind yourself that time isn't wait you, if not done, and 24 hours definitely is too fast. Justify yourself that unless you do it you will achieve it.

8. Take a job as a gym: Think of all the work as physical exercise, make the body stronger. Do more actively.

9. Learn from success person: See how a successful person kill their laziness. When more active, laziness leaves a bit and you will be strong.
