A rare crystal video portrayed the view of Pyongyang, North Korea, filled with high skyscrapers and beautiful infrastructure, but seemed quiet and is like a ghost town.
The video was taken by a Singaporean man named Aram Pan, who shot the Piper Matrix PA-46 Around Pyongyang.
Pan is part of the DPRK360, a project to shoot and shoot movies from North Korea. He has been authorized by the dictator's government to shoot such a thing.
Pan has been photographed in North Korea for years, as he is a rare foreigner who has been allowed to do this.
Pyongyang is the largest city in North Korea, with a population of 2.58 million.
