Almost everyone likes the secrets of the vast space, right? UFOs, aliens, and so forth, called "Elenates," and countless other mysteries, have attracted and excited many, and among them, scientists are no different.
Scientists have decided to search for extracurricular signals outside of the planet, creating an international search network called SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence). These are people who are willing to spend time in the laboratory with a large telescope and wait for an analysis of the radio waves that drift from the space, but so far it's quite calm.
Due to this slow development, a group within the SETI network believes that the earth should work actively to send messages to extraterrestrial life. They believe that the world's most powerful telescope can be used to transmit a strong radio signal that will attract Keane's interest in the Earth. The METI (Messaging for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) has announced that they will send such signals in 2018.
However, some scientists have the opposite view that sending such signals would be one of the most dangerous things for humans and the planet. In general, if they were to come out with friendly and good intentions, it would not be a problem, but if they had a bad intention to be enemies, that would mean we would send a road sign indicating "attack here!"
One dissident, known worldwide for transmitting such data, is Professor Stephen Hawking, who believes that if Ellen lands on Earth, they are likely to take over control of them.
